皆さんこんにちは！
私事ですが７月17日で東環に入社してから丸一年が経ちました。
入社したての頃は何もわからずに、ただただ言われたことをやるので精一杯でしたが、
最近になり少しずつですが、自分なりに考えて作業が出来るようになってきました。

私は重機や移動車の修理をすることが多いのですが、
前までは言われた工具や道具などを持ってきたり、
重いものを持ったりなどの手伝いがほとんどでしたが、
最近になりちょっとした修理などをやらせてもらえるようになってきて、すごく楽しいです。

これからももっともっと勉強して
早く修理の師匠の信太さんに認めてもらえるように頑張りたいと思います！
