～広報記事　♯2～　『東環の目指す処と社員の自覚』

東環という社名。

ホームページの最初に流れる動画を最後まで見て頂けると良く解るのですが、
筆者は最初「東北の土地で環境を考える」と勝手に解釈していました。
いやどうも、自分の想像力の無さと小ささが恥ずかしいです。

最も東にある最初に日が昇る処を夜が明けて太陽が美しく力強く昇って行く様
子を発展めまぐるしい世界の先進国日本とし、その中で我々人間を含めた自
然界の環境を考え新しい答えを技術を考えていくという意味だと今は解釈して
います。

我々が日々汗を流しているエコプラネット秋田・井川、そして新しく完成しすでに
稼動を開始していますメガソーラー太陽光発電所エコプラネット富士。なぜエコ
プラネットという名前なのだろう。

その答えは我々をとりまく様々な要素は想いは時の流れは繋がって環を成して
いる。それを土星や木星などのプラネットリングの事を環と呼ぶ事から新しい環
境のあり方を考え提案していく我々の職場を生態系を考える惑星エコプラネット
と名付けられたのかなと考えます。

ホームページを見て筆者なりに考えてみたわけですが、社長に確認を取りました
らそれで大丈夫との事でした。しかし名付け親である社長の考えはもう一段深い
のではないかと感じました。

ホームページからしっかり伝わってくる東環の理念を我々社員は各々に感じ想像
を膨らませ日々の業務にあたる。それは東環という太い幹にしっかりとした枝が
伸び青葉が茂りいつしか素晴らしい華が咲き乱れるのではないかと思うのです。




秋田に日本に世界に東環在り。地元の方々の誇りと言われる会社で在り続けたい。
我々東環は一丸となって邁進していきます。
