春を感じる日も多くなり、心が浮き足立つ季節になってまいりました。
弊社では、今週健康診断を実施します。
特定健康診査対象年齢になって、早幾年・・
ここ数年は健診結果に必ずと言っていいほど、再検査の封筒が入っています。
自他共に認める健康体なのに何故？？
で、再検査の結果は問題なしで終わって、
時間とお金を無駄にしたような気持ちになるのですが、
私のように健康にあぐらをかいて不摂生する人間に、
年に一回警鐘を鳴らしてくれているのかもしれません。
せっかく自分の体について考えるいい機会ですので、
ありがたく受診してきます。

お身体を大切になさってください。
