広報記事＃２６ ～新年の抱負～
今年一回目の広報、届けさせてもらいます。
本年も精一杯やって行きますので、宜しくお願いします。
さて、新年一発目ということで今年の抱負などインタビュー
してみました。
処理センター長 佐々木隆幸
接客・埋立現場の方を統括している佐々木です。
私の抱負は、メンバー全員に今行って貰っている作業の次のステップへ
次のステージへ進んで貰おうと考えています。
あらゆる物事に対して更に深く、更に広い視野を、共に作業を進める
仲間と更に強い絆を持って貰うために全力でサポートしていきます。
そして自分自身も次のステージへ…という目標を胸に今年一年間
頑張りたいです。

さて、今年は広報部の方にも一人フレッシュな新人が加わったので
簡単に挨拶をお願いしました。舘岡さんどうぞ。

こんにちは。処理センターの舘岡です。昨年８月に入社し早いもので
半年が経ちました。入社した頃は慣れない作業に加え、真夏の暑さに
ヘトヘトになり、こんな調子で続けていけるのか不安もありましたが、
社長をはじめ、先輩方のご指導をいただき、未熟ながらも日々作業に
取り組んでいます。
振り返ってみると、まだたったの６ヶ月間ですが、この間の作業の多
くは「初」のつくものばかりで自分の人生にとってはどれも斬新な
経験でした。作業以外でも社員研修や忘年会などの行事があり、時には
仕事を忘れお酒を交わし、親睦を深めるうちに少しずつ東環色に馴染め
てきたかな？と感じています。
さて社員一同、気持ちも新たに東環の2015年はスタートしています。
自身の目標として、今年は仕事の幅をもっと広げていけるように積極
的に様々な作業に取り組んでいきたいと思います。
思った事や気付いた事、1トーン上げて自ら発信していく姿勢を持ち、
仕事の技量がもっと発達するよう色々な切り口で考えながらやってみ
ようと思います。
昨年は「初」が多かったですが、今年は「発」に意識して作業に
取り組んでいきたいと思います。
